Day Two

Before we move on, I just have to say I managed to drink all of my required water for yesterday. That was a huge thing for me!This morning I had an almost repeat of yesterday's breakfast with the exception of a little sprinkle of cheese and some wilted spinach made into an omelet.

For lunch I had a whole wheat tortilla that were made fresh last night. Some grilled chicken breast that I seasoned with lime oil, salt, pepper, granulated onion, and garlic powder. I also added some lettuce, tomato, and avocado that were left over from the night before.

Dinner was incredible! I had a lean cut of pork chop that I used a rub on and grilled and some Normandy style veggies from Costco.

I did manage to get all of my water in before 7pm today so I'm hoping I can sleep without waking often.

Starting out

Starting something new is always the hardest part. When I weighed myself a few days ago and nearly fell off the scale, I decided it was time for some change. I'm going to try to update this blog at least weekly.

Today has been pretty good for the most part. I started my morning off with two eggs, some lightly sautéd peppers and onions with a little avocado and cherry tomatoes. I also had my favorite tea (Good Earth Sweet & Spicy) with a tbs of almond milk.

I had a snack mid morning that consisted of 1/2 cup whole almonds.

For lunch I had a doTERRA™ Chocolate Slim & Sassy® Trim Shake made with 8oz of almond milk. To make my shake a little beefier I added 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries and 1 cup of spinach.

Mid afternoon I had another 1/2 cup almonds.

For dinner, I had 1 - 10 inch home made whole wheat tortilla, with 1/2 cup taco meat, 1 tbs cheese, 1/3 cup avocado, 1 cup lettuce, 2 tbs tomatoes, and 1 tbs salsa.

I'm waiting for a shipment with a new bottle of Slim & Sassy® but I did manage to get another 10 drops out of the last of my bottle. I also took a TerraZyme™ before my dinner to help it digest easier.
